This fall, Troop 75 helped the Lucien Methodist Church with its annual pumpkin sale.  22 Scouts and Scouters gave a few hours of their time on two Sunday mornings to help the church unload pumpkins onto the church lawn.

Thomas, one of the Scouts in attendance, reported that the service activity was "fun because we got to help the community and we got to have fun while doing it."  Tom also remarked that "it was nice that the Varsity football team lent a hand."  If the troop does this again in the future, Tom would advise Scouts to "always do it...it is a great experience".   Brent also helped out with the church pumpkin service.  He recalled that he "had to pull a lot of pumpkins to help the troop and community."

The Lucien Methodist Church serves as one of Troop 75's chartering organizations and provides our meeting space.  With all that the Church does for Troop 75, this project is a great opportunity to give back.  All had a great time!
